High Availability
High Availability option enables the Universal Management Suite to offer any degree of scalability, availability and redundancy. With high availability, even large-scale thin client environments (500 or more end devices) can be reconfigured simultaneously.
REST API
IGEL Workspace Edition can connect via a standard RESTful API to existing enterprise management, reporting, and trouble-ticketing systems (such as Microsoft SCCM, IBM Tivoli, or ServiceNow). Traditionally, operators managed their access control and video systems as two independent systems. When an access control event was received, the operator had to manually search the video management system, often located on a separate workstation, for any related video. Now, with the integration of Nextiva Enterprise and OnGuard, a single console is all that is required for the control of alarms and alerts generated by the system.
